Laura Jankowska

Laura Jankowska is a seasoned UX professional with diverse experience in various roles within the UX and design field. Currently serving as UX Manager and previously holding the position of Senior UX Designer at SmartBear since August 2022, Laura has expertise ranging from UX design to usability analysis. Prior to joining SmartBear, Laura worked as a UX Designer at Aptitude Software and as a usability analyst at Infor. Laura's earlier roles include UX & Web design specialist at UBS, team leader at Nokia, and other positions that involved customer documentation and graphic creation. Laura holds a Magister (Mgr) in Media and Communication Management from Uniwersytet SWPS and multiple degrees in art history from the University of Wroclaw.
