Raj Laad

Raj Laad is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in architecture, digital transformation, and system optimization. As Global VP of Architecture at SmartBear since January 2023, Raj leads the architecture of a diverse product ecosystem, focusing on technology strategy and security. Prior experience includes serving as a consultant for the Federal Government and holding senior engineering roles at BAE Systems, where Raj improved electronic warfare systems' performance, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where Raj integrated AI and IoT into complex systems. Raj also held leadership positions as Chief Technology Officer at Pristine Infotech and President & CEO at GURU Technology Corp. Raj Laad holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering and in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
