Steve Harcourt has extensive experience in the field of technical support and leadership roles. Steve currently serves as the Director of Product Support at SmartBear. Previously, they worked as the Head of Client Services at Six Degrees and as the Global Support Director at Pitcher. Prior to that, Steve held various positions at Fuze, including Senior Director of Support for EMEA & APAC, Director of Support for EMEA, and Head of Engagement Management for EMEA & APAC. Steve also worked as the Technical Support Manager and Senior Consultant at Redstor and as the Regional Technical Manager at Capgemini. Steve's career started at Dun and Bradstreet, where they were a Senior Systems Programmer responsible for UK based systems and European affiliates.
Steve Harcourt attended Maidstone Grammar School for Boys, where they studied Computer Science and Mathematics. Steve has also obtained certifications in Learning Network Troubleshooting from LinkedIn in 2023, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Psychological Safety from Pitcher in 2022, and PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from TeamPM in 2010.
