Karan Saxena started their work experience in 2005 as a Sales Executive at Freelancer.com, where they worked until August 2014. In 2015, they joined Smartbox Media American INC. as a Sales Generalist and remained in that role until their next position. In March 2023, they became a Sales Manager at ithubspot.

Karan Saxena pursued a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) during the period of 2002 to 2004.
