Josu Tellaeche has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Josu started their career at Daisalux, S.A in 2005 as a Técnico de Organización, where they implemented Lean Manufacturing methodologies and redesigned the plant layout. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Consultor en Organización y RRHH at IOR, where they provided consultancy services in organization and management systems for national and international companies.

In 2010, Josu became the Managing Partner at WHITE RABBIT, where they directed accounts, managed projects, and provided strategic consultancy in corporate communication and digital marketing. Josu then moved to ACC1Ó in 2012 as a Consultor en marketing digital del Programa d'Iniciació a l'Exportació, offering strategic advice in digital marketing to Catalan industrial companies expanding internationally.

From 2011 to 2014, Josu worked at DSeed as the Business Unit Manager, responsible for account management, project management, and strategic consulting in digital marketing. In 2015, they became the Head of Barcelona office at Smartbrand, focusing on digital strategy and innovation. Josu then took on the role of Head of digital strategy & innovation, leading the digital strategy department. In 2019, Josu co-founded DWX and served as the Co-founder & Product Lead, and also joined IEBS as the Growth Marketing & Automation Master Director.

Currently, Josu is the Head of Marketing & Innovation at Smartbrand, responsible for talent acquisition and managing marketing and innovation initiatives.

Josu Tellaeche completed their education in a progressive manner. Josu first attended the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de Bilbao from 1996 to 2005, where they acquired a degree in Ingeniero Superior Industrial. Josu'sspecialization during this period was in Gestion de Proyectos.

Later, in 2007 and 2008, Josu attended the ESIC Business & Marketing School. Here, they pursued a degree in Máster en Dirección de Comunicación y Gestión Publicitaria.

In 2013, Josu pursued further education by enrolling at the EAE Business School, completing a postgraduate degree in Analytics Web. During this same period, they also obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) through the Google Analytics Academy.
