Daniel R. has a diverse work experience in a variety of industries. In 2012, they began working for SmartBuyGlasses.com Optical Group as the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and VP of Operations. In this role, they managed 50+ people across Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Merchandising departments, drove and led optimization and revenue driven projects, monitored and managed P&L, maintained supplier/courier/vendor relationships, planned and prepared annual department budgets, and implemented medium/long term strategies set by executive team. In 2010, they founded and became President of Connect Consultancy Firm. From 2016 to 2019, they invested in LizarBio Therapeutics, Repassa, Jeitto, and Companhia Brasileira de Cerveja Artesanal. Lastly, in 2009, they served as Local Committee Director for AIESEC, a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential.

Daniel R. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Unochapecó - Universidade Comunitária da Região de Chapecó between 2007 and 2010.
