Rafael Vazquez has been working in the customer service industry since 2010. Rafael began their career as a Bank Teller at Caja Rural del Sur in 2010. In 2012, they took on the role of Business Analyst at ENF Ltd, where they conducted phone interviews and represented the company at the Shanghai Solar exposition. In 2014, they joined SmartBuyGlasses.com Optical Group as a Customer Service Representative, providing support to Spanish and English speaking customers. Rafael Vazquez obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Universidad de Sevilla in 2011, where they studied Banking and Financial Support Services. In March 2019, they also earned a Freshdesk product expert certification from Freshworks.
