Mariann Gesino

Ms. Gesino has nearly two decades of medical practice revenue cycle management experience. As SmartCareMD’s business office manager she oversees billing, accounts receivable, charge capture, electronic claims submission and reconciliation, electronic remittance and payment posting, account follow-up and denial management, and accounts receivable. She provides these services to a wide range of practice sizes and specialties including solo practitioners, small group practices with two to five physicians, and a large multi-specialty medical group.
