Cole Pearson has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Cole started as a Computer Technician Intern at the School District Of Marshfield in 2016, where they provided technical support and managed computer lab software. Cole then worked as a Student Researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they developed machine learning models for natural language processing and co-authored a paper for an international conference. Additionally, they served as a Teaching Assistant, instructing students and providing guidance on assignments. Cole's next role was as a Software Developer Intern at SAP, where they contributed to data orchestration solutions and implemented automated tests. Currently, they are a Software Developer at Smartcare Software.

Cole Pearson attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their degree, Cole also earned several certifications. In June 2019, they obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist Master 2016 certification from Microsoft. In February 2021, they completed the Human Subjects Research Social-Behavioral-Educational Researchers Basic Course from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY. Furthermore, Cole obtained the Agile Fundamentals certification from Pluralsight in December 2022 and completed the LFS158x: Introduction to Kubernetes course from The Linux Foundation in May 2022.
