Crystal Tillmann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Crystal began their career as an Assistant Manager and Office Manager at Winking Lizard Tavern in 2001. In 2007, they joined Intimate Expressions as the Director of Training and National Sales & Marketing Manager, where they worked until 2014. Following this, they worked as a Guest Service Representative and Slot Supervisor at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Crystal joined PatientPop Inc. as an Account Implementation Manager, where they built medical practice websites for SEO and managed customer relationships. Crystal then joined Vanco in 2017 as an Operations Support Specialist. In 2017, they also began their role at Smartcare as a Customer Success Manager and later became the Senior Customer Success & Revenue Manager in 2020. Crystal has developed a range of skills in customer success, account management, website implementation, and sales and marketing.

Crystal Tillmann earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Accounting and Marketing from The University of Akron. Crystal attended the university from 1999 to 2005.
