Amanda Cai

Amanda Cai, CPA, CGA has had a progressive career in accounting, starting as a Lease Accountant at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust in 2010. Amanda Cai, then moved on to become a Senior Property Accountant at Northam Realty Advisors Ltd. in 2012. Subsequently, they served as an Accounting Manager at One REIT from 2014 to 2017. Most recently, Amanda held the position of Real Estate Controller at Longo's from 2017 to 2021. Amanda Cai, currently serves as the Director of Property Accounting at SmartCentres REIT, with a promotion to Senior Director in 2022.

Amanda Cai completed their Master's degree in Accounting at Renmin University of China from 2004 to 2006. Amanda Cai, then pursued the CGA Program at CGA Ontario from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
