Amanda Cai, CPA, CGA has had a progressive career in accounting, starting as a Lease Accountant at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust in 2010. Amanda Cai, then moved on to become a Senior Property Accountant at Northam Realty Advisors Ltd. in 2012. Subsequently, they served as an Accounting Manager at One REIT from 2014 to 2017. Most recently, Amanda held the position of Real Estate Controller at Longo's from 2017 to 2021.
