Aviv Magen has extensive experience in financial reporting and compliance, starting as a Senior Auditor at KPMG in 2010 and later transitioning into roles such as Financial Controller at iMER Holdings Ltd. In 2014 and Senior Accountant at KPMG Canada in 2015. Magen then progressed to Manager of Financial Reporting at Automotive Properties REIT in 2016 before moving on to NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT as Manager and later Senior Manager of Financial Reporting. Most recently, Magen served as Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance at SmartCentres REIT from 2023 onwards.
