Leong Wong (MBA, CPA, CGA) has a solid career progression in finance and operations spanning various industries. Starting as a Financial Analyst at Sears Canada, they later transitioned to Bell Canada as a Manager for Financial Analysis & Planning. Leong then moved to RBC as a Senior Manager in Finance before joining CAPREIT, where they held roles such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Director of Operations Performance & Analytics. Most recently, they worked at NorthStar Gaming as the Director of Finance before assuming the role of Senior Director of Corporate Planning & Budgeting at SmartCentres REIT.

Leong Wong obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Dalhousie University. Later, they earned an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Further, Leong obtained CPA, CGA certifications from CPA Ontario.
