Marianne O'Leary

Marianne O'Leary has extensive experience in the real estate industry, holding various leadership roles over the years. Marianne has served as Vice President of Operations at SmartCentres REIT and Terracap Management Inc., overseeing operational and asset management activities in Canada and the U.S. Additionally, they have held senior leadership positions at Allied Properties REIT, where they were responsible for strategic direction, profitability enhancement, and expansion of the business into new regions. Marianne'sexpertise includes acquisitions, due diligence, and integration into existing portfolios. Prior to this, they held roles at ONP Consulting Limited and gained experience in property management and leasing.

Marianne O'Leary completed their Business Administration Diploma with a focus on Accounting & Computer Science from Ryerson University in 1983. Marianne then pursued further education, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a Law & Business Major from Ryerson University in 2015. Marianne later obtained certifications in Property Management (CPM) and Condominium Management (CMOC) from the Real Estate Institute of Canada in 1998 and 2004, respectively. Marianne'seducational journey culminated with a Master of Business Administration with Distinction (M.B.A.) from the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2016.
