Pankti Shah

Pankti Shah is a skilled professional in the construction industry with a strong background in estimation and project coordination. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Estimator at SmartCentres REIT since March 2024, Pankti has previously worked as a Construction Coordinator/Estimator at Urbandale Construction from September 2021 to February 2024 and as a Project Coordinator at MP Swastik Groups from October 2017 to July 2019. Pankti holds a Postgraduate Degree in Building Information Modelling and a Post Graduate degree in Construction Project Management from Fanshawe College, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from VIVA School of M.C.A. and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Shri Bhaghubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic.
