Dina Bower has a Bachelor of Science degree and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

In 2014, they joined Vivage Senior Living as the Director of Human Resources and held this role until June 2018.

In 2018, they joined Smart City Networks working in the field of Human Resources.

Dina Bower obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Phoenix between 2013 and 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resources and a separate Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services, both of which are scheduled to begin in 2022. Furthermore, in May 2018, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute – HRCI.
