Kelli Bonds has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kelli started their career in 1986 as a Personnel Assistant and Light Wheel Vehicle Mechanic in the US Army. After leaving the army, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Frazee Paints from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 2002, they worked as a Logistics Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Aggreko. Kelli then joined Milgard Windows in 2002 and held the position of Inside Sales Representative and IT Administrator until 2009. In the same year, they became an Administrative Assistant III at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Kelli worked at the university until 2011 when they transitioned to the role of Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Smart City Networks. In 2009, they also took on the role of Logistics for Fire & Safety at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Kelli Bonds obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Kelli also holds a Certificate in Accounting from Pierce College. Additionally, Kelli has obtained the Notary Public Commission certification from the State of Nevada in July 2021. Kelli has also achieved certifications as a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel 2010, Microsoft Office Word 2010, and Powerpoint 2010, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
