Maureen Fox has extensive experience in sales and technical support, currently serving as the Sales Opps/Renewal Manager and Sales Representative at SmartCover Systems since August 2015, where responsibilities include maintaining cash flow through customer renewals and expanding the customer base. Prior to this, Maureen held the position of Inside Sales Manager and Lead Generator at Mauzy Heating, Air & Solar, generating leads for HVAC system upgrades. Maureen's earlier experience includes working as a Technical Services Specialist at Invitrogen, providing support for customer inquiries, and as a Research Associate at Isis Pharmaceuticals, conducting extensive research in molecular biology. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland College Park, complemented by certification as a Pharmacy Technician from GES | Cengage.
