Reza Zardkoohi is a highly experienced technical professional with a strong background in network engineering and IT support. Currently serving as a Technical Project Consultant at Smartdesc since November 2018, Zardkoohi has previously held roles as an MCR Engineer at 3xScreen Media and as a Network Engineer/3rd Line IT Support Engineer at PATSA Co., where responsibilities included writing technical proposals for datacenters and enterprise networks, configuring and maintaining Cisco equipment, and managing Exchange and LYNC servers. Early career experience includes working as a Network Engineer at SAMELECTRONICS, focusing on the maintenance and upgrading of network systems, and applying Group Policy within a complex environment. Zardkoohi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Network Security from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Shiraz University of Applied Science and Technology, complemented by an Associate’s degree in Electronics from IRIB University.
