David Carraway has had a varied work experience over the past decade. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Account Manager for Danbru Wire & Cable where they managed a customer base of approximately 150 customers. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an Account Manager for TelePacific Communications where they acted as a primary point of contact to over 450 customers in their account base. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Hospital Corpsman for the U.S. Navy Reserve, taking X-Rays, managing vitals, and drawing blood for patients. Finally, from 2011 to present, they have worked as a Sales Development Representative and Senior Product Specialist for SmartDraw Software, answering inbound calls regarding technical support and sales on all SmartDraw products, and following up on potential sales through phone calls or email.

David Carraway attended Southwestern College from 2013 to 2016. David obtained a Salesloft Platform Expert certification from Salesloft in January 2023 and a ZenDesk Sell End-User certification from Zendesk in January 2023.
