Mihai Ceusan has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Mihai co-founded SmartDreamers in 2014, where they served as the CTO. SmartDreamers is a recruitment marketing automation solution that helps companies reach potential job candidates more effectively. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2014, Mihai worked as a Lead Developer at Kapost. Mihai also held the position of Senior Lead Software Engineer at SkinnyScoop from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Reea Srl from 2006 to 2011. Mihai has also held various developer roles at Grogger, Buzz Media, Buzznet, Qloud.com, and CamelWeb. Mihai'sskills range from frontend and backend development to open social applications and lead developer positions.

Mihai Ceusan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universitatea "Petru Maior" din Targu-Mures, from the year 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Colegiul Alexandru Papiu Ilarian, Targu Mures for their high school education from 1999 to 2004, where they focused on Mathematics and Computer Science.
