Yuichiro Nagai

Yuichiro Nagai currently serves as the CHRO and Executive Officer at SmartDrive Inc., contributing to the establishment of human resources and back-office operations since February 2015. As the third employee, Yuichiro oversees all hiring processes, designs and implements HR systems, and manages corporate media initiatives. Prior to this role, Yuichiro was an Engineering Recruiter at Google from November 2010 to February 2015, focusing on engineering recruitment across Japan and other Asian countries, as well as developing and executing employee training programs. Yuichiro holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Tsukuba and a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Central Florida.
