Shankar Yadavalli

Shankar Yadavalli has an extensive work experience in the field of customer support and project management. Shankar worked as a Sr Project Coordinator Account Management, Customer Retention and Project Management at Solera, Inc. from March 2019, where they were responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their success. At SmartDrive Systems, Shankar initially worked as an Asst Manager Operation from August 2013, where they were responsible for technical support and analyzing metrics to improve performance. Later, they became a Team Leader and managed a team of 60 members, handling customer calls and emails, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Shankar also worked at HTMT Services as a CRO from January 2006 to October 2006.

Shankar Yadavalli completed their MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Pondicherry University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from MIST Degree College, from 2001 to 2004. Shankar's education journey began at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their Class 12th education from 1989 to 2001.
