Anthony Lim Kim Thye

Anthony Lim Kim Thye has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions in the logistics and transportation industry. Anthony started their career at DHL Express Singapore as the National Operations Director from January 2006 to December 2008. Anthony then worked at SMRT Corporation Ltd as the Director of Bus Operations until February 2010. Following this, they joined Singapore Post Ltd and MD Quantium Solutions Singapore as the Head/VP of Logistics from February 2010 to July 2013. Anthony then moved to CEVA Logistics as the Director of Logistics from September 2013 to October 2014. Afterwards, they worked at Asonic Logistic as the Vice President of Singapore & Business Development from November 2014 to May 2015. Their most recent role was with Smarte Carte as the Managing Director in Singapore since June 2015, where they had overall responsibility for the company's operations, business development, HR, finance, and P&L. Under their leadership, the company saw significant expansion, new lines of revenue, and a strong growth in Ebita.

Anthony Lim Kim Thye's education history begins in 1987 when they attended the National University of Singapore. Anthony completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with Second Class Upper honors in Economics and Statistics in 1991.

In 2008, Anthony pursued further education at the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport. Anthony obtained a degree in Chartered Professional Logistics, thus earning the title of CPL.

In 2019, Anthony became a certified coach and leadership practitioner through their attendance at the NLP Certified Coach and Leadership Practitioner program.

Most recently, in 2021, they completed the Advanced Coaching Skills course offered by SMU Academy & TPC Leadership.
