Jeff Chen

Jeff Chen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeff'smost recent role was as the Director of Operations at Smarte Carte, starting in 2011. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior General Manager and Business Development in the Hawaiian Islands for the same company. Before joining Smarte Carte, Jeff worked as the General Manager at Todai Waikiki from 2004 to 2010. Jeff also gained experience as an Operation Manager in Training at Todai Las Vegas Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino from 2003 to 2004. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked as a Learning Enhancement Coach at the University of Nevada, a Bar Manager at Boulders Inn, and a Banquet Bartender and Fine Dining Server at Dolce International Hotels and Resorts. Jeff'searliest recorded work experience was as a Bartender and Fine Dining Room Server at Hotel Christiania Zermatt from 1998 to 1999.

Jeff Chen attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2001, they attended the International College of Hospitality Management Cesar Ritz and earned an Associate of Science Degree in Hotel Management. Jeff's education journey also includes a period from 1998 to 1999, during which they studied at Cesar Ritz Colleges-Le Bouveret, Switzerland, and obtained a Swiss Hotel Diploma in Hotel Management.
