Tannaz Rafizade

Tannaz Rafizade is a Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in designing employee experience frameworks and enhancing employer branding at Smartech since February 2022. Key contributions include implementing proactive well-being approaches, assessing management practices, and shaping employee communications. Prior to Smartech, Tannaz served as a Human Resource Specialist at MAAT Full Service Marketing and Advertising Agency from January 2019 to January 2022. Tannaz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tehran (2021-2022) and a Master of Architecture (MArch) in Architecture from Azad Yadegar Emam (2018-2020).
