Previously, Joseph held the position of CEO-President at Rocket Broadband Networks, Inc., where ownership and operation of a wireless broadband company were managed, offering various services including VoIP and broadband internet. As the Owner and Chief RF Engineer at NELA Broadcast Consultants, Joseph provided contract engineering services and designed digital television stations. From January 1999 to June 2011, Joseph was the Director of Engineering and Operations at KTVE/KARD Nexstar Broadcasting, overseeing all technical operations of broadcasting facilities. Joseph has pursued education at Louisiana Delta Community College-Monroe Campus and Bossier Parish Community College.
