Asher Kuper

Asher Kuper currently serves as the CTO and Israel Site Manager at SMARTECH, a Hexion Company, since June 2025. Previously, Asher held the position of VP R&D and Israel Site Leader at BlueWind Medical from October 2022 to December 2024. From January 2021 to October 2022, Asher worked as VP Medical Device at Nanox AI, following a role as VP Product and Strategic Partnerships Product Lead at Zebra Medical Vision. Asher was the CEO of spirCare, a start-up focused on AI-driven respiratory disease management, from March 2016 to August 2019. Prior experience includes VP R&D at Aspect Imaging, Manager of Products and Applications at GE Healthcare, and various roles at Paieon Medical, including Product and Project Manager. Asher Kuper holds an MBA in Technology Management and Information Systems and a BSc in Bio-Medical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
