Dinesh Malkani has been in the technology industry since 1992, when they began their career as an R&D Engineer at HCL Ltd. In 2005, they moved to Avaya Singapore Pte Ltd, where they served as VP of the APAC Region, Applications Sales. In 2006, they became President of Avaya China. In 2009, they were Vice President and GM of the Asia/Pacific Region at GN Netcom. In 2010, they took on the role of Managing Director of Collaboration Solutions, Asia Pacific and Japan at Cisco. From 2013 to 2017, they were President of Cisco Systems India & SAARC, responsible for the India & SAARC Business and helping the Government and companies on their Digital Journey. In 2017, they founded and became CEO of Smarten Spaces.
Dinesh Malkani's education history includes completing a BE Computers from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 1988 and 1992, followed by an Executive MBA from Buffalo State College between 1998 and 2020. In 2021, Dinesh Malkani also completed a YPO E:ntrepreneur 3.0 from London Business School in the field of executive Education.
