Esmeralda Colombo is a Policy and Public Funding Manager at Smartenergy. Esmeralda is also a Co-Founder of Green Power Plus and a Postdoctoral Fellow at RE-DESIGN. In the past, Esmeralda has worked as a Legal Fellow at the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law and as a University Lecturer at The Hague Academy of International Law. Esmeralda holds a Master's degree in EU Law and has extensive experience in climate and energy law and policy.
