Soumya Singh

Soumya Singh has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Soumya currently works at Smart Energy GB as the Deputy Director of People, where they lead the people strategy and manages senior stakeholder relationships. Soumya also oversees diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellbeing programs, retention plans, and recruitment and HR operations. In the future, they will join the Chartered Institute of Professional Certifications as the Faculty Director. Soumya previously held positions such as the Head of HR Consulting at Boringbits, Senior Lecturer at Kingston Business School, Trustee and Chair of HROD Committee at Anti-Slavery International, Director at IFT Studios, Trustee at The Independent Film Trust, and Global HR Transformation Consultant at RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC. Soumya also worked as the Head of HR at Streetbees. Additionally, they served as an International Adjunct Faculty at upGrad.

Soumya Singh holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Kingston University. They have also completed an MBA in Business Administration & Management from Jaipuria Institute of Management.
