Anastasiya Toporova

Anastasiya Toporova has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2012 to the present, they have been the Director of a Travel Agency, where they lead the production and financial activities of the agency. Anastasiya is responsible for managing the personnel and services offered by the agency, with a focus on meeting the social and market priorities, improving efficiency, and ensuring the quality and competitiveness of the services provided. Anastasiya also ensures the proper use and maintenance of the agency's assets in accordance with regulations and safety requirements.

Additionally, starting in 2015, Anastasiya worked as the Director of the branch office in Kazakhstan for CRM Agency Smarter. In this role, they were responsible for providing call-center services, including cold and hot calling, database management, and debt collection. Anastasiya also worked as a lead generator for CPA and PPL marketing, generating short questionnaires and processing them through a call center.

Anastasiya Toporova completed their education from 2007 to 2011 at YUKET "Miras," where they focused on the field of study of Tourism and Hotel Management. After that, they attended the University Mira for their Bachelor's degree from 2011 to 2014, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In terms of additional certifications, Anastasiya obtained the Business-Advisor certification from AO Fond Razvitiya i Predprinimatel'stva "Damu" in May 2013. Anastasiya also obtained Practical Accounting + 1C certification from UC "Veritas" in January 2013. Additionally, they received certification in Booking and Issuing of Air Tickets from Amadeus in April 2011 and from Abacus in March 2011.
