Ruijian (RJ) Ruijian (RJ) is a highly skilled Mechanical Designer with extensive experience in satellite systems, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing processes. Currently working at the MDA on Telesat Lightspeed communication satellites, Ruijian has achieved significant cost savings and has mentored junior designers in best practices. Previously, Ruijian played a key role at Extract Energy Inc. and the University of Waterloo, focusing on mechanical deformation engineering and innovative energy solutions, publishing multiple papers in esteemed conferences.
