Smarter Balanced
Andrew Facchiano is a Senior Software Developer at Smarter Balanced since July 2021, with prior experience as an Applications Developer at the University of California, Berkeley from July 2019 to July 2021, and as a Software Engineer at Prezi for a brief period in late 2018. Andrew also worked as a Web Development Engineer at Gap Inc. from September 2013 to September 2018, focusing on internal services and DevOps support for inventory systems. Andrew's early career included roles as a student at UC Santa Cruz, where a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Game Design was earned, as well as positions as an instructor at iD Tech Camps teaching programming fundamentals, and internships at EPRI and Peninsula T.V.
