Tushar Goswami is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and software development. As the Chief Executive Officer of Smarter.Codes since January 2014, Tushar has focused on empowering SMEs to strengthen their AI capabilities through team recruitment and upskilling in Sales, Design, and Engineering related to AI products and services. Additionally, Tushar serves as the Chief Technology Officer, designing machine learning algorithms for natural language understanding and advancing high-performance computing infrastructure. In November 2023, Tushar became the Chief Executive Officer of Kray, where the focus is on creating AI sales representatives for online stores based on insights from top offline sales representatives. Tushar also holds a Director position at Solutions Beyond, managing technical recruiting, project management, and fostering programming language adaptability among peer programmers since May 2003.
