Georg Hofstadler has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries. From 2019, they worked at Smarter Ecommerce (smec) as Vice President Client Success, overseeing client satisfaction and success. Prior to this, they held the role of Director Client Service Excellence and Project Manager for strategic initiatives such as "Services & Offerings," "Personnel Development," "Share our Success," and "smec Academy." From 2015 to 2019, Georg worked at ENGEL, where they held positions such as Global Lean Coordinator Sales & Services and Lean Manager Customer Service Division. Georg also served as a Product Manager for services and after-sales products. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Fronius International GmbH as a Product Manager for Services in Solar Energy, and earlier as an intern in the product management department. Georg also gained marketing experience as a Marketing Manager DiSG® & Project Manager at iiLS - Institute for innovative Learning Systems / Kaiblinger & Partner from 2009 to 2010. Before that, they completed internships at Rosenbauer Group, Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, VKB-Bank, and Coatbeat S.L.R. Additionally, they held positions at Ciao Arthouse Linz and Ivoclar Vivadent AG as an assistant and holiday replacement, respectively. Throughout their career, Georg has demonstrated a strong focus on client success, project management, and lean processes.
Georg Hofstadler attended the University of Applied Sciences of WKW (Vienna) from 2008 to 2011. There, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management & Entrepreneurship. Following their undergraduate studies, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business Management at the University of Applied Sciences Salzburg.
