Vera Eberdorfer

Vera Eberdorfer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Vera currently holds the position of People and Culture Manager at Smarter Ecommerce (smec) since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Recruiting Specialist at the same company from April 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Smarter Ecommerce, Vera served as a Human Resources Assistant and Learning & Development Manager at the company from March 2020 to March 2021.

In 2019, Vera worked as part of the Human Resources team at Blockpit GmbH from March 2019 to February 2020. Vera then transitioned to the role of Research Assistant at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria - Hagenberg Campus from June 2018 to March 2019.

Earlier in their career, Vera gained experience as a Working Student in Childcare Services at PlusCity Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. from May 2014 to May 2018. Vera also undertook several internships between June 2012 and August 2017 to further develop their skills and knowledge.

Vera Eberdorfer's education history begins with their enrollment at the College for Nursery Education from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a General Qualification for University Entrance in Kindergarten Pedagogy. Following this, they attended Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg from 2014 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication Science.

Vera then pursued a Master of Arts in Social Sciences (MA) with a specialization in Communication and Knowledge Media at Hagenberg Campus - FH Upper Austria from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they also briefly studied Innovation and Knowledge Development at the University of Agder (UiA) for one year.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Vera Eberdorfer obtained a certification as a Scrum Master Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2021.
