Sibylle Hartzell, CMM, is an accomplished founder of Smarter Events, where responsibilities include delivering over 150 global events and congresses across 25 countries with exceptional attendee satisfaction for clients such as Medtronic and Roche. Previously, as Head of Events for Avantor, leadership involved guiding a cross-functional team to implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with corporate goals. Sibylle has also held significant roles at UCB and F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, focusing on strategic procurement and global congress management, respectively.
