Kavitha Nair

Kavitha Nair has worked in the software testing industry since 2010. Kavitha began their career as a Software QA Consultant at LASTH, Inc. in 2010, where they developed and executed automated testing for mobile and web applications. In 2012, they became a Software QA Consultant at IBM DemandTec, where they were part of the scrum team for the company's analytics platform and supported testing for their localization needs. That same year, they also began working as a QA/Validation Engineer at GoPro, where they were responsible for developing, designing, and executing tests for validation of Wi-Fi enabled high definition camera hardware, software, and peripherals. In 2013, they became a QA Engineer at Amazon Lab126, where they were responsible for developing and executing tests for Android based wireless phones and tablets. Kavitha then moved on to Google in 2014, where they were part of the core testing team for Android TV panel devices and responsible for design and execution of test cases. In 2017, they became an Automation Engineer at T3, where they designed and executed a cross platform automated testing framework using Selenium, Appium, and Python for the company's mobile and web product for retail clients. Finally, in 2018, they became a Test Engineer at Magento Association, where they worked on the leading platform for open commerce innovation. In 2021, they began working as a QA Engineer at Smarter Sorting, where they help retailers and suppliers know more about regulated consumer products to make, market, and move them better.

Kavitha Nair completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics from Priyadarshini College of Engineering and Architecture.
