John Child has held various leadership roles in project and programme management within the Energy Industry, overseeing international projects aimed at business improvements with global teams and stakeholders. John has extensive experience in IT and business change, including managing Smart meter roll-out programmes and implementing omnichannel customer contact platforms. Prior to their current role at SmartestEnergy, John was a Sports and Activity Manager at David Lloyd Leisure.
