Jeff Stutsman

Jeff strongly believes in the value of independent bike shops and is committed to helping them succeed. With extensive experience in bicycle and outdoor retail sales, service, and management, he understands the challenges and dedication of small business owners and staff. Jeff is committed to continuous improvement, efficient and collaborative project management, and equity in the workplace and the outdoor industry as a whole.

Prior to his career in the bicycling industry, Jeff spent 10 years in commercial construction project management, supervising complex residential and industrial projects. When he’s not immersed in spreadsheets or working with a dedicated team to foster a successful environment for SmartEtailing and the partners, Jeff can be found outside exploring the trails and waterways of the Southwest.
