Hanna Mykhalska

Hanna Mykhalska began their work experience in 2009 at TAS Life Insurance, where they held the position of Deputy Director of Customer Support Department. Their responsibilities included providing WOW-service to the company's clients and conducting training. Hanna worked in this role until 2021. In 2021, they joined SmartExpert as the Head of Methodology Department and Author of business games. Hanna is also an NLP-Practitioner in the company.

Hanna Mykhalska completed their education at National Aviation University from 2003 to 2009, earning a Master's degree in Aviation and Astronautics. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an NLP-Practitioner from Connectome in August 2020.
