Craig S. Miller

Craig S. Miller currently serves as Market President and SVP of Commercial Banking at SmartBank since March 2024. Prior experience includes SVP of Commercial Banking at CapStar Bank, and Community Bank President at Southern Heritage Bank, where Craig opened two new de novo branches and significantly grew the Chattanooga market share. Additionally, Craig founded Back two Basics, focusing on creating forums for relationship building in a low-commitment environment. Craig's career began in retail management at Walmart, where valuable leadership skills were developed.
