Kristy Debaar

Kristy DeBaar has substantial experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Payroll Manager at SmartBank since August 2017. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at GE from 2015 to 2016, and a progression from Human Resources Assistant at Alstom Power from 2009 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Kristy held the position of Marketing Manager at Pillowtex Corp (formerly Fieldcrest Cannon) from 1997 to 2003. Kristy DeBaar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University.
