Sue Jones-Taylor

Sue Jones-Taylor has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, having held various roles across multiple institutions. Currently, Sue serves as a Banking Officer and Senior Treasury Operations Specialist at SmartBank since June 2017, following previous positions as Treasury Operations Specialist and Deposit Operations Specialist. Prior to SmartBank, Sue was the Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at Citizens Bank 24, a role undertaken after its acquisition of American Trust Bank in December 2016. Sue's earlier experience includes serving as AVP/Information Security Officer and AVP/Branch Operations Officer at American Trust Bank of East Tennessee from 2010 to 2016, and as AVP/Operations Center Manager at First Century Bank Tazewell, TN from 2000 to 2009. Sue began the banking career as a Banking Officer and Information Systems Coordinator at First National Bank of LaFollette, which was acquired by Community Trust Bank in 2010.
