Armine Galstyan

Armine Galstyan is a Principal at SmartGateVC, a pre-seed and seed venture capital fund focused on deep tech investments, particularly in AI, since September 2017. Previously, Armine held various roles within the company, including Associate, where significant contributions to the Armenian startup ecosystem were made through initiatives such as Armenia Startup Academy and Hero House AI Incubator. As Director of Startup Programs and Partnerships, Armine developed startup programs that enhanced deal flow for the fund and fostered connections within the tech community in Armenia and California. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Analyst and Entrepreneurial Assistant focused on customer development at GG in 2017. Armine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Armenia, earned in 2018.
