Oleg Zilberg

Oleg Zilberg has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Oleg is currently serving as the Co-Founder and Creative Lead at TRUETALENT.AI. Prior to this, they worked as a Career Coach at Эйч, assisting designers, art directors, and producers in achieving their career goals. Oleg also co-founded and served as the Art Director, Producer, and Advisor at SmartHead, an outsource-development company. Additionally, they worked as a Teacher and Mentor at Нетология, training over 1000 students in product and project management, and product design principles.

Oleg Zilberg is also an accomplished Artist, specializing in blending technology, visual art, music, and emotions in their personal projects. Oleg has released a musical album, created immersive digital installations, and participated in educational non-profit initiatives.

In their earlier career, Zilberg worked as the Head of Digital and Chief Marketing Officer at ONY and Ornament Health AG respectively. Oleg was responsible for driving the digital direction of the companies and overseeing the brand marketing initiatives.

Oleg also gained experience as a Production Artist at Hogarth Worldwide, where they worked on global brand marketing implementation for Apple. Prior to that, they co-founded and held multiple roles at Red Keds Creative Agency, where they led profitable digital advertising campaigns for major brands and introduced a lean and agile organizational structure.

Zilberg's work history also includes serving as a Product Owner and Advisor at ŠKODA AUTO a.s., where they designed and led the development of a Learning Management System for the company's dealership employees.

Oleg Zilberg has a diverse education history spanning various fields and disciplines. Oleg started their education in 1996 at Kazan State Technological University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Automated Information Processing and Management. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2001, Oleg went on to attend the British Higher School of Art and Design from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Art Direction and Visual Communication.

In 2010 and 2011, Oleg attended the Institute of Contemporary Art, earning another Associate's degree in Contemporary Art with a specialization in New Artistic Strategies. Oleg further expanded their knowledge and skills by attending various specialized programs. In 2012, Oleg studied Situational Leadership in Agile at Scrumtrek, and in 2013, they became a Certified Specialist in Director of Strategic and Organization Development from Moscow Business School.

Continuing their professional development, Oleg pursued a Certified Specialist degree in Product Ownership from Scrumtrek in 2014. In 2018, they focused on acquiring job-seeking and changing skills through a program at Upwardly Global. The following year, in 2019, Oleg earned an Agile MBA from The Job Hackers, specializing in Project Management. Also, in 2019, they obtained a Certified Specialist degree in Movement and Mind-Body Therapies and Education from Institut Fur Prozessarbeit.

Recent education endeavors for Oleg include a focus on somatic psychotherapy. From 2018 to 2020, they studied at the School of Integrative-Somatic Psychotherapy, becoming a Certified Specialist in PTSD, shock trauma, developmental trauma, and chronic bodily symptoms. Oleg further expanded their knowledge in this area by pursuing the same certification from the School of Integrative-Somatic Psychotherapy in Psychosomatics, which will be completed in 2022.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Oleg also undertook English as a Second Language (ESL) studies at City College of San Francisco from 2015 to 2016, highlighting their commitment to language acquisition and communication skills.
