Ramil Aminov

Ramil Aminov has had a diverse range of work experiences. Ramil started their career in 2009 as a Flash Developer at SM&Partners, where they worked remotely and developed a real-time social in-browser game for children. Ramil then joined Discover IT LLC in 2011 as a Software Developer, where they focused on developing software for interactive whiteboards and 3D cinemas in schools. In 2012, Ramil joined SmartHead as a Flash Developer, where they worked on the development of Flash sites, multiplayer games, and professional desktop applications. In 2016, they transitioned to being a Senior iOS Developer at SmartHead, where they were responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining iOS applications and libraries. In 2017, Ramil was promoted to Head of Mobile Development, overseeing project scope estimation, resource scheduling, and quality assurance. Finally, in 2018, they assumed the role of CTO at SmartHead, where they are involved in managing technical operations and ensuring the implementation of the latest standards and technologies. Throughout their career, Ramil has made significant achievements such as integrating code review practices, creating in-house development libraries, and working with advanced technologies like Metal API, Core ML, and ARKit.

Ramil Aminov completed their Specialist degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Kazan State University, studying from 2005 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Management from Coursera in November 2018.
