Shalini Sarin

Dr. Shalini Sarin is an accomplished independent director with extensive expertise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) matters, currently serving as Chair of the ESG & CSR Committee at Schneider Electric and Sagility. Dr. Sarin is also a member of the India Advisory Group for Climate Group and holds significant roles at Kirloskar Ferrous as an Independent Board Director and Chair of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, as well as a Supervisory Board Member and Chair of the ESG & NRC Committee at Nagarro. Dr. Sarin has furthered professional development through education at prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
