Quinten Gazendam

Quinten Gazendam's work experience begins in 2006 with a role at Sandals Resorts International, where they worked in the front office and F&B department. In 2009, they became the hotel manager at Zanzibar Dolphin View Paradise. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a facilities manager at Roompot. In 2011, Gazendam joined SmartHOTEL where they held various positions, including distribution consultant channel manager, account manager, sales manager for PMS/POS, development team lead, and strategic operations manager. From 2014 to 2015, they founded ENJOYA, an online booking platform focused on minibreaks in service-oriented hotels. In 2017, they became a member of the board of advisors at the Institute of Strategic Relationship Management. Gazendam's most recent role was as the chief growth officer at SmartHOTEL, where they led the overall growth and transformation of the company to a connectivity company. Quinten focused on creating a positive workplace culture and promoting employee growth and development.

Quinten Gazendam completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hotelschool The Hague between the years 2005 and 2009.
